These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all services, sessions, programs, and resources provided by Katie Brazier (“we”, “our”, “us”). By booking, purchasing, or participating in any service, you (“client”, “you”, “your”) agree to the following:
1. Nature of Services
Real Life Rehab is a specialist coaching and recovery program, not counselling, psychotherapy, or medical treatment.
Sessions are forward-focused, practical, and designed to create lasting change.
While powerful results are common, no specific outcomes can be guaranteed, as success depends on your commitment and personal circumstances.
2. Confidentiality & Privacy
All personal information, intake forms, and session notes are treated as strictly confidential and accessed only by Katie Brazier.
Your details are never shared with groups, associates, or third parties, except where legally required (e.g. safeguarding, legal obligations).

3. Client Responsibilities
You agree to attend sessions on time and actively participate.
You acknowledge that you remain responsible for your own decisions, health, and wellbeing.
You agree not to attend sessions under the influence of alcohol or non-prescribed substances.
You confirm you are over 18 years of age.
4. Bookings & Payments
All bookings are made via our secure online booking system.
Payment terms will be clearly stated at the point of booking.
Assessment Call fees are payable once your application is approved and your session is confirmed.
For program enrolments, payment options (in full or instalments) will be agreed in advance.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
For consultations and sessions, at least 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.
Program fees are non-refundable once a program has commenced, except in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.
6. Disclaimers
Real Life Rehab does not provide medical, psychiatric, or emergency care.
If you are experiencing a crisis or require urgent medical support, you must contact your GP, emergency services, or a licensed healthcare provider.
Participation in the program is at your own risk.
7. Intellectual Property
All program content, including videos, worksheets, meditations, and resources, remain the intellectual property of Katie Brazier.
You may use materials for personal purposes only and may not share, copy, or distribute them.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
